Michael E. Sloopka, the founder, is an experienced business professional who provides business management, sales, marketing, and operations expertise. He has hands-on experience as a franchisee in the lawn and garden industry, having won both "Franchise Rookie of the Year" and "Quick Start" awards in a chemical lawn care business that he started in his community. His experience as a franchisee in the lawn care industry is invaluable in providing a true-to-life perspective for the Mister Aerator® community-based business opportunity; his experience as a manager of both small and large companies makes him uniquely qualified to apply this knowledge to the effective management of a turnkey, home-based business system.

Michael E. Sloopka, President, Mister Aerator®

Michael’s background includes over twenty-five years of experience in general management, sales, marketing, and operations in corporate, entrepreneurial, and consulting environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business.

In addition to his responsibilities with Mister Aerator®, Michael is also Practice Director of Selling Solutions Inc. and negotiatingcoach.com. Michael is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Executive Development Program, is a graduate of Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technology, and has completed several University of Guelph Horticultural Programs. He is an active and award-winning gardener and is a long-standing member of the Guelph Horticultural Society. Michael has also served as Chair of the Greens Committee at the Guelph Cutten Club. He is currently licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Energy and the Environment as both an Operator and Land Class Exterminator (lawn weed and pest control) for the lawn care industry.
